American tune icon Stevie Marvel has been granted Ghanaian citizenship.

In a talk over with to Accra, Ghana’s capital, through which he was once joined by way of his society, the artist heard a pronunciation from the rustic’s President, Nana Akufo-Addo, who praised his abilities and hyperlinks to Africa.

“By conferring Ghanaian citizenship to him, we not only recognise his immense talent and achievements, but also acknowledge his deep connection to the African continent.”

Stevie Marvel informed the BBC: “For years, I’ve talked about being in Ghana, I started talking about it in 1973”.
